One of the original powerhouses of video games as an entertainment form, RARE has had an interesting and coloured history. Peppered with many much beloved games franchises: Banjo Kazooie, Killer Instinct, Conker, Battletoads, Jet Force Gemini, Donkey Kong Country / Diddy Kong racing.

Many pages of the internet have been dedicated to the so-called demise of RARE, how they had abandoned their roots when they joined Microsoft and have lost their personality.

Well, today we are invited to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the studio with a collection of thiry of their greatest hits. All in one collection, Rare Replay.

The games appear to be in their original format - no HD Remakes or remasters appeared (other than Perfect Dark Zero from the 360, not the N64 version).

10,000 GamerScore is up for grabs over 30 titles when the collection launches on 4. August for $29.99 (expected €34.99 in Ireland and European markets).
