Rumour: Battlefield Hardline to join EA Access Vault

EA Access is one of the biggest surprises of this console generation: an offering from Electronic Arts, a company previously thought to be anti-consumer, that makes excellent value for money. The Vault of older games available to subscribers for a low annual fee (currently under €25) continues to grow.

Hot on the heels of titles added this summer - Titanfall and Dragon's Age: Inquisition - come fresh rumours that Battefield: Hardline will join the Vault this October.

Released to positive critical reviews, the game was well received by players but perhaps did not sell in the volume expected by EA. Timed to come closely after the Robbery Expansion Pack, EA's Cops and Robbers take on Battefield will benefit from the extra players.

We have not received official confirmation from EA yet, until then, file this one under "Rumour" but our sources have been accurate in the past.
