Irish telecoms provider Pure Telecom celebrated its most successful year in business since it started in 2002. In 2015, the company has gained 10,000 new residential and business customers.
While the majority of their customers are residential, Pure has seen strong growth in its business customer base. The company recently signed a deal worth more than €200,000 with leading private hospital Blackrock Clinic. Benefits highlighted by the Clinic since working with Pure include cost savings of more than €75,000 and faster broadband speeds.
The increased customer base means that Pure is looking to fill an additional 30 roles in customer care, sales and technical support following a €2 million investment made last year. It has begun the hiring process in Munster with 15 field sales agent roles and has also added new staff to its head office in Dublin.
