Xbox Game Pass Games Review Scores show quality of titles available
Updated: Sep 14, 2020
Game Pass offers over 150 games for less than €10 per month.
When Microsoft announced the Xbox Game Pass, it was lauded with great fanfare as being the Netflix for Xbox Games: A way to consume a variety of titles for a single monthly subscription. At launch, gamers were promised over 100 titles that could be downloaded, played offline, earn achievements and purchased at a discount.

The sceptical among the audience believed that this would be little more than a dumping ground for old or average titles that developers would try to eek a few extra pennies from DLC. Microsoft recently moved to squash this rumour by announcing all future Microsoft Studios titles would launch in Game Pass on launch date - anticipated titles like Sea of Thieves, State of Decay 2 , Crackdown 3 and future Forza and Halo titles would come to the service on the same day as their retail release.
Combined with the other titles, a subscription to Xbox Game Pass yields a mix of recent and older releases similar to Sony's PlayStation Now streaming service.
Now, thanks to the diligent efforts of Reddit user, RydeTheLightning, we now have a list of the average review scores for the games in Game Pass. The result comes in with a solid 76% average review score - Xbox One titles average 75% and Xbox 360 titles a little higher at almost 77%.
User reviews average out at about the 7 / 10 mark also.
